Decent location but issues during stay

broken coffee machine nonexistent service

The location was convenient to Edinburgh Castle.

Customer service was nonexistent . The coffee machine was broken and there were no spoons or teacups. Netflix was also unavailable. No one offered any solutions to these problems.

The apartment location allowed very easy access to various restaurants and pubs. The unit provided all necessary items including bedding, towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries. I found a large fridge useful. Everything in the apartment worked properly, as expected.

I noticed a very slight stain on one of the sofa cushions.

The location is quite central, close to various points of interest. I found a Sainsburys supermarket just a block away. Walking back at night felt safe and secure, too.

the location was very close to the castle. there were transport links available nearby. the apartment was spacious, warm, and comfortable. i found plenty of useful amenities present.

i noticed a very slight stain on the sofa nothing major.

the location was great. i enjoyed the modern furniture. the studio apartment was spacious and had high quality appliances. i loved how everything was in walking distance.

the tvs weren't programmed. the internet connection was unstable. the heating wasn't easy to configure, and it took a while for the large rooms to heat up. i noticed broken bins and dirty cookware.

prime location neutral decor convenient parking

This hotel offered a prime location, near the castle and princes street! the decor was neutral. The kitchen and bathroom were great. a cosy bedroom overlooks the gardens and backs of other tenements, though the area was quiet. we found convenient parking, though an ncp car park was nearby.

during the stay, i found that most of the blinds would not open in the living room, due to them all being broken. this meant sunlight never came through, unfortunate.

Perfect getaway

spacious accommodation super comfy beds perfect location

The apartment was spacious. It was also spotlessly clean. I found everything i needed for my stay. The beds were super comfy and i got a restful sleep (that's important, right?). The location was perfect. It was so close to everything i wanted to see. The inside of the unit was quiet and peaceful. I found it very relaxing. The host was communicative and helpful too. I also appreciated the kind service i received. The whole experience was better because of this. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff were amazing!

The toilet roll holder snapped off the wall. It left a massive hole in the bathroom wall. It could be an easy fix, i'm sure.
